Why CoreAdmin exists
Trust companies and fund administrators do knowledge work under statutory obligations: onboarding a client, maintaining a register, approving a payment, minuting a board. Most of that work still happens in Excel registers, Word policies and email approvals. It functions, until a regulator, an auditor or a dispute asks the only question that matters: who decided what, when, and on what evidence.
CoreAdmin was built to make that question answerable by default. The platform runs the workflows themselves, and the audit trail falls out of the work rather than being reconstructed after it.
The principle the product is built on
AI in CoreAdmin drafts, extracts, compares and suggests. It does not approve. Every consequential action carries a named person's decision, reviewers see exactly what the AI produced before signing, and every AI assist is logged in an AI-interaction register beside the human decision. This is not a policy statement; it is how the software is constructed.
The founder
CoreAdmin is founded and built in Jersey by Rob Daykin. It is developed close to its users: the platform runs live at a Jersey-regulated trust company, and its module set, from compliance registers to capital calls to board packs, has been shaped by the daily operating reality of a regulated fiduciary business rather than by a generic product roadmap.
Writing on regulation and operations is published on the blog under the founder's name.
Where things stand
- Live deployment at a Jersey-regulated trust company, hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU.
- A modular platform spanning compliance, onboarding, governance, fund operations and people compliance.
- Details of the platform's controls are on the Security page.
