Website Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of www.coreadmin.org. Access to the CoreAdmin application itself is governed by a separate written agreement with each client firm.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by CoreAdmin ("we", "us") from Jersey, Channel Islands. By using the site you accept these terms. If you access the CoreAdmin application as a user of a client firm, your use of the application is governed by that firm's agreement with us, not by these website terms.

2. Information, not advice

Content on this site, including blog articles, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, tax or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice specific to your firm's circumstances. Regulatory positions change; while we aim to keep content accurate and current, we give no warranty that any content is complete, accurate or up to date.

3. Intellectual property

The CoreAdmin name, logo, site design and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may view, download and print content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of CoreAdmin. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for: loss or damage arising from reliance on site content; loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data; or indirect or consequential loss, in each case arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. The site is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Subject to the paragraphs above, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with your use of this website is limited to up to £100. For the avoidance of doubt, liability in connection with use of the CoreAdmin application is dealt with separately in the applicable client agreement, not these website terms.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites (for example cited sources in blog articles). We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the site at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, and the courts of Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this website.
