Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

CoreAdmin ("we", "us") operates this website, www.coreadmin.org, from Jersey, Channel Islands. For personal data collected through this website, we are the data controller. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and, where it applies, the UK and EU GDPR.

What we collect and why

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

Who processes data on our behalf

The CoreAdmin application itself (used by client firms) runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU; details are on our Security page. Client-firm data in the application is processed under contract with each client, not under this website policy.

How long we keep data

Demo and contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up conversation, and are deleted when no longer needed. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard rolling schedule.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and the GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the enquiry form on the main site, and we will respond within the statutory period.

You also have the right to complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (jerseyoic.org) or, where the GDPR applies, your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with a revised date.
